Loomis Study- Further Trick Stuff... Again

I think that this is a vast improvement with my attempt on that head from yesterday.

Loomis Study- Doing MoreTrick Stuff... Still

Yesterday,  I decided to progress onto the next set of faces in this Trick Stuff chapter. I was able to work out what was going on pretty quickly with the head on the left, but I think I will need to study harder to work out what was going on with the head on the right.

Loomis Study- Doing MoreTrick Stuff

It turns out the next page is more 'trick stuff'. This time it was another technique to draw faces. I hope Loomis has further guidance on drawing and positioning ears, because I think I'm starting to lose my grasp on applying ears to those these well constructed faces.

Loomis Study- Further Trick Stuff

This head study, based on Loomis' Trick Stuff technique, is much harder then it looks. I might give it another go before progressing onto the next page.

Loomis Study- MoreTrick Stuff

I didn't do much today, but just a quick sketch of one of the heads in the Trick Stuff chapter.

It's not bad, but I wouldn't mind tackling it again just to be on the safe side that it has sunken in.

Loomis Study- Trick Stuff

I'm now onto another section of the Loomis book, in which he gives insight into some 'trick stuff'. This includes another technique to draw faces. So here is my stab at the first head using this 'trick'. It went okay, but I prefer my first attempt, on the left, over my second attempt, on the right- that one seems more faithful to the original head then the one on the right.
